You need to know what you are getting into at this campground. It may be ok for smaller RV's and tent camping, but you need to be careful if you have a class A. The most direct route requires a short cable driven ferry ride. No problem there. We have a drop hitch and tow a car ... the hitch did not drag when getting onto or off the ferry and the ride is free. Once at the campground we asked for a level pull through site so we could hook up "in place" the night before we departed. We were directed to a site in the "Hilltop" section and that is where things got difficult. It is a VERY steep climb on a one lane dirt/gravel road. There are very few places for two vehicles to pass ... even two cars. It is also about a half mile to walk or drive to get back to the office. The campsite was level, but rustic. A quick check of the voltage on the 50 amp connection showed about 107 volts. This dropped to about 100 volts in the evening and we were not able to use our heat pump or microwave. The vast majority of sites were long term campers and some on the way up to the "hill" looked very run down with rotted decks, etc. Everyone we met was very nice, but the other short term campers we talked to were equally unhappy with their sites. 2 tv channels over the air and no wifi except inside the office. We will not stay here again.

The Hill top. Great for direct tv and big rigs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Had some drawer work by Ron. Close, 1-2 hours from sight seeing. Be careful coming across on the ferry if you are towing. Wifi only at the office.

They placed us on a lot that was too small for our larger trailer as they made a mistake in the size of our trailer. Would not give refund. They did give us a different lot that was better than the first but was still small for our trailer. Pool is really nice and big though.

Very friendly campers and staff. Nice pool, small playground. Lots of noisy partys going very late on the weekends.
